It started with a lot of moving.
I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Brabant and moved nineteen times before I turned twenty-three, across five countries. New schools, new languages, new codes to crack every couple of years. At the time it felt like non-stop adventurous chaos, and I loved every minute of it. Looking back, it was my first real training in human behaviour and flexibility. My dopamine-craving brain got rewarded with new habitats and a steady stream of new people to learn from. I got good at reading a room, hearing what people actually mean and want, and connecting with strangers and earning their trust fast.
That skill became my work.
I have started seven companies. Five were my own. The first folded within a year. The second I founded at twenty-four and sold six years later to market leader ZVN Welzorg. The third I got fired from. Fourth I grew by 65% year over year, fifth grew to eight figures, lost in the financial crisis, rebuilt with investors, and sold. Sixth I got bought out by co-founders and seven is my current company OJP and probably not my last venture.
So I have won, lost, built and rebuilt. I coach nothing I have not lived and done myself. I have the spoils and the battle scars to know what works, and to sharpen strategies that help my clients hit goals and be meaningful.
Along the way I have trained more than 41,600 professionals across 51 nationalities in over 1,000 organisations, including Microsoft, Rabobank, ATOS, EY, Capgemini, HP, ING, Oracle, KPN, BDO, Cegeka, Mazars, Achmea plus a lot of great entrepreneurs and amazing business owners.
What I do today
I help founders, CEOs, sales leaders, consultants and business owners answer one question. How do you unleash human potential so it shows up in behaviour, trust, leadership and real results? I help grow people and businesses in sales and leadership.
I talk about it passionately in keynotes, I do it through transformation programs, coaching, and hands-on implementation. Three things, every time: see clearly what is really going on, communicate authentically and with impact, and act with focus until growth becomes measurable and systemized. I use my own frameworks for this, including Authentonomics, Core4 People Skills and ABSintoACTION. Practical tools, not fancy theory. Growth and progress comes from consistent and aligned behaviours and an operating system and feedback loop to improve daily.

Because that is where the difference lives. Most people I work with do not lack talent. They lack clarity, belief, skill, structure, or a better rhythm. My job is to make that visible, name it honestly, and help you move.
